Exultate Deo

1. The "th" is pronounced "t". Any "th" in Latin is pronounced "t".

2. As for the first syllable, it is:
"kee" according to the pronunciation taught by classics professors,
"chee" in standard Church Latin, and
"tsee" in "German" Latin.

If the word "cithara" occurs in a Latin motet (such as Viadana's
"Exsultate justi"), then you would use Church Latin ("chee"), unless the
motet was written by a German and you subscribed to the currently trendy
view that Latin motets by German composers should be pronounced the way
Germans pronounce Latin ("tsee").
