Registration for the Wisconsin State Honors Choir auditions is now open.

• Applicant's name, Email, Home Address
• Parent/Guardian Name, Email, Phone (Home/Mobil)
• Teacher's Name, Email Address (michpufa@hssd.k12.wi.us)  

Audition Date is Saturday, February 2, 2013 in Appleton

Audition Requirements include:

• Class A solo from the WSMA S&E list (no musical theater)
• Aural Skills (sing back five-note patterns
• Sight-Reading
